Great place... Exceptional warm staff, perfect location, great vibe. Best shower I have had in Asia in 6 months. Huge bathroom, huge bed, modern tasteful furnishings. What makes this however place is the staff. From the front desk, to the back bar, to the manager. They all have been so warm and welcoming. Nothing was a problem .. just perfect. They are also great with Kids. All the guests have been lovely as well.

Beautiful ambience. Rooms are very spacious and neat and clean. All the amenities within the rooms are absolutely spic and span. Toilest are absolutely clean and in excellent working conditions. In the night the courtyard outside the hotel is beautifully lit. One can click photos also there. Food is also delicious and is available both in rooms or in the restaurant.

Best location to reach all North Goa beaches from Arambol to Calungute. Hotel has a good parking facility to park our vehicles. Reception staff (Tina) very helpful in arranging taxis and guiding the locations.

The staff is very friendly, they will guide you for everything. You can rent a scooter or bike by asking the staff, they will arrange it at the hotel itself so no need to go outside finding for two wheeler. The rooms are clean and neat. It's a value for money. The location is also perfect.
